The ASC’s second annual lego contest displayed an array from geographic land- marks to national politics.

Each participant was given a box full of legos, and they were given freedom to create whatever they wanted.

Hendry Widyanto and Leonardus Marviano won the 1st place for the 2017 lego contest by making the logo of Kentucky Fried Chicken and Colonel Sanders.

“We got inspired to make the KFC logo when the logo came out while we were scrolling around Google browser,” He said, explaining the random inspiration.

Widyanto and Marviano utilized lots of energy and hard work. “We stayed all night to finish it. We designed the KFC logo for 2 hours and took 6 hours to build it,” Widyanto explained. Widyanto and Marviano won the Bookaneer $50 gift card as the 1st place award. 2nd place was awarded to Luke Weaver and Nam … through their Vietnam and U.S. flag combination titled “Integration.” And Ivan Sitohang won 3rd place. Sitohang created a Trump wall with a small tribute to fake news. The competition was held from Feb. 21-24.
