During Student Art Week, the welding class displayed their creative pieces on the veranda
outside the art gallery.  Students were given the opportunity to vote on their favorite pieces.  The theme of the competition was: Functional Art.

First place winner Better Team, a scorpion shaped grill, was created by Dean Holden, Justin Martinez, Levi Douglas, Chris Rohde and Paris Bishop

No Flux Given and Grumpy Welders tied for second place.

Grumpy Welders, a bowl shaped grill with a dragon towering over it’s treasure, was created by Pheonix Schafer, Benjamin Roberts, Diego Marillo, and Devin Voyles
