Power switch in dorms raises questions

At the beginning of this school year, a landmark appeared near the college: brand new dorms. Collegiate Housing International CHI, that is the business that headed the creation of these two buildings that sit approximately two blocks away from the college campus.
Those who live at the dorms have been provided with just about everything they could ask for, from spacious living areas, kitchens with all one needs to cook, furniture, bathrooms, bedding and a reasonable rent.
However, as this being the dorm’s pilot year, there are definitely some turbulence to be expected.
At the beginning of the year, the dorms were being managed by Josh Heckenlively, a former student as well as an assistant coach to the men’s soccer team at the college.
However Heckenlively resigned and the management positions were turned over to Isaac Smith and Curtis Brackett who were both residents at the dorms before stepping into their roles as manager, Smith, and assistant manager, Brackett.
As is the nature with transitions in power, problems arose, creating disputes between a considerably stricter management and those who reside at the dorms.
From the lease and rent to mailboxes and mail to less leniency with other problems, it seems as though there is no shortage of issues between the residents and management.
These problems usually rear their head in the CHI group chat, in which frustration arises.
However, the new management has stated that they are doing their absolute best to repair and to rewrite sections of the lease that are vague.
